I moved to Temecula in 1989 from the Pacific Northwest and got involved in our community right away.
I was blessed to be a founding board member of All From The Heart in 2003. I love being a part of such a great non-profit. Other activities I’m involved in include: the Wine and Music Festival, Race for the Cure, Race for Humanity, the Sarah’s Way organization, the Help Ride, and the Love Ride.
I enjoy spending time with my 91 year old, stroke survivor, mom and best friend, my children, and my guy, KJ. I love sharing All From The Heart with others, making presentations, and fundraising. I love our valley and all of the people in it; we are such a giving community.

Dr. Noeller has 29 years of experience in treating painful feet and lower legs. She is a native of Central California, educated at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco.
Her podiatric surgical residency was completed at College Park Hospital in San Diego.
She has completed 22 years in the U.S. Navy serving America’s Armed Forces and their families around the world. She served in Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003.
Dr. Noeller has been in this Murrieta-Temecula location for 6 years.

Rose Kamppila is a Wholesale Account Executive with Icon Residential.
A Banking and Wholesale lending professional for more than 18yr.; she has also worked with Mortgagit a subdiuadry of Deutsche Bank, Fidelity National and Great Western Bank. Positions have included retail sales, regional sales manager, district sales manager, senior account executive and whole sale account executive.
Rose lives in Temecula with her 18 yr. old daughter and their Siberian shepherd. When not working she stays busy with a number of charitable organizations and volunteer projects.
